As an experienced Construction Manager, we get involved early in a project’s design process and work with Owners, Architects, Engineers, & Consultants to pull help pull together a project from the very beginning.
Specific Services Include:
Issuing bid documents
Establishing bid packages for multiple Prime Bidders
Assisting the Architect in regards to questions from Bidders & Prime Contractors
Participating in Design Team & Owner meetings
Managing the schedule throughout the project
Maintaining accounting records on authorized work performed
Recommend & allocate responsibilities for Safety Programs among the Contractors
Submitting written progress reports to Owner & Architect
Collecting & delivering all keys, drawings, manuals, & warranties to the Owner upon completion
Arranging & documenting Owner / Facility Manager training on facility use.
Project coordination, administration, & management
Scheduling Prime Contractors
Developing bidder’s interest in the project
Assist Owner in selection of contractors, division of responsibilities, & reviewing
